You can come to us anytime in comfortable, casual wear. Prato’s huge, leafy, green terrace is open from spring to autumn – as long as the weather permits. During the terrace season, we also prepare outdoor grilled dishes. Inside, a sophisticated, yet relaxed, authentic Italian atmosphere, family-friendly ambiance and harmony awaits our guests. And for those who just can’t bring themselves to sit down with us, we also offer takeaway and online ordering with home delivery.

OUR CHEF

Fabrizio Caldarazzo was born in Turin as the scion of a real chef dynasty, so he was familiar with the world of restaurants from an early age. He first worked in a restaurant at the age of twelve, spending his summer vacation in the kitchen of a local trattoria. It was around this time that he learned the secrets of making good homemade pasta and made the big decision of his life to become a chef. He had been working in the kitchens of several Italian luxury hotels, then he made a serious professional career in London before arriving in Budapest. His heart brought him here; his wife is Hungarian. In Prato, through him and his team, you can meet real Italian hospitality and the gastronomic traditions of the Italian regions.
